I remember EDGE magazine reviewed Assassin's Creed and gave it a 4 out of 10 and the other hand, Gamespot gave it a 9 out of 10.
I think anyone who is interested in Haze should just play the game themseleves and check it out, rent it at least. I always believe in checking out the games you want yourself first before totally listening to anyone's reviews or opinions.

Pirate Thom is right. The game just looks like another generic first-person shooter game to me. Unless the gameplay and storyline is anything like an excellent FPS such as COD4, then I really don't see that much interest or hype in this game. I'm not saying Haze will be a totally rubbish game, it does look nice and I'm very sure some gamers out there will enjoy playing it, but admittedly it does look kinda average and run-of-the-mill, simply just another average or decent FPS to add to the PS...
Gold is the highest standard rating used by OPMUK. I'm from the UK and I buy copies of OPMUK every now and then, the standard ratings order goes like this:
Gold - 10 and 9 (some 9 rated games can still get a gold standard, Unchartered was one.)
Silver - 9
Bronze - 8

I just dont think GTA would work if it was not set in American city. People say London, but the Getaway already has that city covered, it makes no sense for Rockstar to do that. I cant see any other European cities, Asian cities etc taking the job, if you ask me that would be kinda boring. American cities just always seem to have the perfect modern underworld vibe and explosive criminal atmopshere thats essentially needed for creative ideas in a GTA game. 1) Yeah I agree with all on here that said this point - GTA 4 could definitely do with much more buildings and stores that you can enter inside. I thought this one would have a lot more explorable interiors than the previous GTA titles.
2) The ability to use buses as a means of public transport should have been there. (By the way has anyone seen buses roaming around the city in the single-player game? Please let me know thanks).

The game looks very realistic and detailed, with smooth visuals and framrates. The colours are just fine and can be tweaked for customisation anytime. I did not notice any pop-in either. I am more than satisified with the PS3 version and the way it looks. I'm sure that the 360 versions is great aswell - but the fact remains that most major gaming review sites give the slight edge to the PS3 version. Accept it 360 posse, there is no changing that.
